Last night I placed an order with Cora's Creations through an FTD website. All went through fine, but this afternoon I received a call from Cora's Creations. They stated that FTD's prices are not realistic for them or really any florist. It costs more than that to produce the bouquets (what went unsaid was that they don't make enough money on it) They would give me the same price but they would have to change the vase. The vase pictured was more than $7 and they'd have to give me a rose bowl instead . They also said they were out of some of the flowers, they'd have to put something else in. Basically, "We'll give you the price, but the bouquet is going to be nothing like what you ordered". If store is going to affiliate themselves with a corporation they should be bound to honor those commitments, otherwise remove yourself from that affiliation.

I ordered a candy bouquet with balloon for Valentine's Day delivery to my boyfriend who teaches at a local college a week before the event. Delivery was not made that day nor was he called to arrange for delivery. I called the day after it was to be delivered and asked them again to deliver it, which did happen. Then what was delivered was not at all what I had asked for. The next day I had to go and trade the bouquet in person. When I got to the store I received a smaller bouquet than I had paid for. I live 45 miles away and have had to do all of the leg work but No one has ever apologized or attempted to make it right. I have been very disappointed with this experience.
